3. Proposal, Budget & Payment
After our conversation, we’ll share a proposal based on what we’ve learned. From there, you can decide if you’d like to move forward. To begin, we require 80% down on the design estimate for your project.

4. Design Curation
We’ll refine the design, make selections, and pull together curated mood boards to bring your vision to life.

5. Construction
Once the design is finalized, our trusted subcontractors get to work. We’ll coordinate scheduling and details along the way.
Note: Subcontractors are paid directly as their work is completed.
